Life-Changing Endeavor Organization (LCEO) exists to ignite purpose, restore dignity, and unlock the potential of vulnerable girls and young women especially those affected by poverty, early pregnancy, survival sex work, abuse, and societal neglect. We believe that every girl is born as a gift, carrying a seed of greatness within her. But too often, that seed is buried under hardship and pain, with society defining her by her gender instead of her potential. We exist to challenge that narrative.
Too many girls grow up unseen, unheard, and unsupported—falling through the cracks of society. They are strong, but they’ve been silenced. They are gifted, but never given a chance. At LCEO, we exist to change that story. We are here to break the cycles that trap young women in poverty and exploitation—starting with the root: mindset, identity, and lack of opportunity.

We provide safe spaces and tools that help girls heal from trauma, shift their mindset, and rediscover their identity. Through coaching, storytelling, and digital platforms, we empower them to believe in their worth and envision new possibilities.
We help young women reconnect with education—whether formal schooling, life skills, or career pathways—so they can build futures rooted in knowledge, purpose, and confidence.

Our Approach is closely aligned with Rwanda’s National Strategy for Transformation (NST1) and Vision 2050 by advancing gender equality, empowering youth, and promoting inclusive development. By equipping vulnerable girls and teen mothers with life skills, mentorship, and economic empowerment opportunities, the initiative directly contributes to national efforts to reduce early pregnancy and school dropout, promote self-reliance, and build resilient, productive citizens.
Through a network of community-based hubs, mobile outreach and strategic partnerships, we deliver our programs directly to where young women are—in schools, on the streets, and in hidden corners where help rarely reaches.
